This apple cake is so moist that when you have a bite you can really taste the apples.Bake with our pure apple juice
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup self raising flour- sifted
- 3/4 castor sugar
- 125 butter – softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Mountain Fresh Apple Juice
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced ( 1 used royal gala apples and didnt peel them)
Method :
Beat in all these alternately until well combined. Bake in preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
Mountain Fresh Apple Juices (300)ml consist of 6-8 apples in a bottle). It is pure and there are no additives added.
