Can I get a refund?

Unless otherwise specified for particular products otherwise all purchase are not refundable. If approval is obtained, we shall refund you your payment within seven (7) days after refund approval. You will get a partial refund of which a 10% admin & payment gateway fee will be levied.

Once your order has been shipped, a refund is not allowed. If management allowed shipped product to process refund, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost. The refund will be processed after we received the goods. 

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer order exchange at the moment. However, please submit your order return request to us for approval. Kindly email your request to mffj.inquiries@gmail.com, once we have approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 7 - 10 working days.

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:
